Chengdu commercial health club as an important partof the sports industry, its development and the increase is directly related to thefitness needs of people and universal fitness program to promote, deepen the"movement of Chengdu" cultural brand, and promote the harmoniousdevelopment of the Chengdu Sports Industry of great significance.Taking use of the method of document collection,on-siteobservation,questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Chengdueight furniture representative of the operating status of the commercial health club,artificial environmental conditions, management status, coaches professionalismand fitness of overall consumer status has done a survey and analysis found thatthe existence of many of the advantages and shortcomings, and for the existingproblems, initially proposed the following measures:First,the relevant government departments to strengthen macro-controlfunctions to support the development of industry associations and alliances.Second,the club’s managers must be clear of their business philosophy, andcontinuously improve their professional level.Third,Chengdu Commercial Fitness Club coaches to strengthen the teambuilding, professional and technical levels, and high employee satisfaction andloyalty.Fourth,Commercial health club in Chengdu to constantly improve and perfectthe member management system, to protect the rights and obligations of Member.Fifth,do a good job by choosing a market segmentation, to avoid viciouscompetition.Sixth,Fitness products continue to expand the project, the formation of theclub’s competitive advantage to meet the diverse needs of the customer.Seventh,Focus on the club’s own brand and corporate culture building.
