The provincial capital of Chengdu is an important economic center of western China.In recent years,under the guidance of policy,the commercial fitness club has developed rapidly and the number of clubs has been increasing.But with the eastern region,especially in Beijing,Shanghai and other regions,commercial fitness club business quality there is a big gap,especially in the marketing aspects and service links do more derailment.It is a common problem for Chengdu commercial fitness club to face the current and the future for a long time to know consumers' motive and consumer demand,to subdivide the market scientifically,to improve and improve the service quality and to improve the satisfaction of the consumers to the club.Through the systematic investigation of 531 consumers of 8 commercial fitness clubs in 8 cities in Chengdu,this paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,combing statistical analysis and logic analysis to understand the relationship between Chengdu Commercial fitness club different gender,different age,different occupational fitness fitness goals,understand the different fitness goals of different consumer groups.On the basis of this,this paper gives suggestions to the development of Chengdu commercial fitness club and the development trend of Chengdu commercial fitness club,and makes the fitness industry of Chengdu be upgraded.The research will help enrich the theoretical research system of the commercial fitness club consumers and help the commercial fitness club to understand the consumer demand more clearly.It will play an active role in the commercial fitness clubs to sell the products according to the local conditions and tap the potential customers.Sales quality,for the promotion of commercial fitness club in Chengdu and the healthy development of the fitness industry has a certain practical significance.Through the research,the following basic conclusions are obtained:1.Chengdu commercial health club has more women than men,mainly concentrated in the 19-35 year-old youth,occupation is mainly public servants,teachers,individual personnel and management personnel,mainly concentrated in the college or undergraduate,monthly income To 2791-8000 yuan-based,3-4 times a week fitness-based.2.The demand and demand of commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu show significant diversity,difference and developmental characteristics.Fitness motivation mainly focuses on physical fitness,physical and mental pleasure,improving skills,improving body shape,fitness preferences,reducing weight and promoting communication.etc.3.In Chengdu commercial fitness club consumer groups,different gender,age,occupation,education and different income groups of consumer groups fitness goals have certain differences.In terms of gender,the female consumer groups pay more attention to shaping the body through physical exercise to achieve weight loss goals,men more hope to physical and mental pleasure;in the age group,young consumers choose fitness preferences,improve the ratio of skills High,while the remaining three age stages in order to enjoy a higher proportion of physical and mental,while the "physical fitness" the proportion of the choice was significantly higher than the young group;in terms of occupation,physical fitness is the main motivation for workers,Managers and teachers in the proportion of weight loss goals was significantly higher than other professional consumer groups,the choice of civil servants to the health club a higher proportion of physical and mental pleasure,and individual choice to promote communication was significantly higher than other occupations,students in the fitness-loving,The higher the income level,the higher the income level of its fitness target is about diversification,low education,low-income groups pay more attention to physical exercise of the Ontology function.Suggested that the club should have effective adjustment in the setting of fitness equipment and fitness coaches.Of course,the personnel structure of each city is different,and the surrounding environment of gym is different.Sometimes,listening to consumers Of the demand is the best marketing strategy.
