China's fitness industry has huge market potential and super development prospects.Commercial fitness clubs in various cities strive to seize the market and try to continuously expand consumer demand.As the "Outline for Building a Strong Sports Country" clearly proposes to promote the intelligent development of national fitness,smart sports have undoubtedly become a hot topic,and the view that smartness will be the inevitable development trend of the commercial fitness industry is also widely recognized.The emerging integration of big data,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies with the sports industry is also evident in the development of commercial fitness clubs.Whether it is the rapid expansion of emerging smart gyms,or the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional fitness clubs,it shows that the intelligent development of commercial fitness clubs has quietly proceeded.As a representative of the new first-tier cities,Chengdu focuses on the construction of "three cities and three capitals".In this context,this thesis takes Chengdu's commercial fitness club as the research object,and attempts to measure and analyze its level of intelligent development.In order to achieve the above purpose,first of all,this thesis is based on the interpretation of innovation management theory and maturity theory.On the basis of the four dimensions of smart foundation of commercial fitness club,smart service,smart marketing and smart managemen,26 secondary indicators including the number of intelligent fitness equipment,network performance,etc.are extended and finally constructed a smart fitness level measurement model for commercial fitness clubs.Secondly,on the basis of expounding the development of Chengdu's commercial fitness clubs,the two representative and contrasting commercial fitness clubs,Kuaikuai Intelligent Fitness and Qing Fitness,were selected as empirical cases,using FAHP Calculate and evaluate the maturity level.It is concluded that thesmart development maturity stages of the two commercial fitness clubs are basically at the transition stage from the smart start-up level to the smart development level,and are at the lower middle level.After comparing and analysing the smart development status of the two clubs,it leads to thinking about the issues related to the smart development status of Chengdu commercial fitness clubs.Finally,this thesis analyzes the main current challenges,including technical difficulties that have not been overcome,industrial structure still needs to be optimized,and industry supervision needs to be tightened.On this basis,it further proposes countermeasures from three levels of local policies,basic technologies and distinctive markets for the intelligent development of Chengdu's commercial fitness clubs.This includes taking the Chengdu Municipal Government as the lead,formulating corresponding support policies,and supporting regulatory systems;deepening the combination of industry,college,research and utilization,and strengthening the mining and application of basic data and other resources;optimizing Chengdu's related industrial structure,and exploring smart fitness consumer demand,creating a smart development project for commercial fitness clubs with Chengdu characteristics and other measures.
