| With the advancement of education informatization,it is more and more popular to use information technology in the education,at the same time, information technology curriculum is taken part in the required course of elementary education. However, in the current educational environment, information technology curriculum is limited to development by subjective and objective factors, the teaching there exist various problems, the traditional teaching methods have been unable to adapt to today’s information technology curriculum, new and suitable teaching mode are needed in the information age. WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented activity based on the internet,its advantages match with the new concept,characteristics and goals of information technology curriculum in senior high school. This research tries to introduce WebQuest to the teaching of information technology in senior high school, aimed at resolving the current teaching problems of information technology in senior high school, to improve the teaching effect of information technology, to make all the students have the information literacy that the current society needed, and to highlight the advantages of information technology of total target.Chapter One:Research overview. With the advancement of education informatization, discussing the importance of information technology curriculum in the elementary education and its problems. Combining with the WebQuest research in domestic and foreign,and the present situation of information technology in senior high school, analysising the necessity and the feasibility that applying WebQuest teaching method in senior high school information technology curriculum. At last,outline the purpose, significance, content and method of this research.Chapter Two:The related theory and technical support of the research. the main idea of this part is:WebQuest teaching method is based on the theory of constructivism, constructivism teaching concept and its view of students, teachers and teaching to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of WebQuest teaching. At the same time, also simple overview the related computer or network technology that will be used when making WebQuest network curriculum.Chapter Three:WebQuest network learning platform and its functional. This chapter begins with an overview of the WebQuest network curriculum common problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Secondly, an overview of e designing principles of WebQuest network cours. Finally, combining with the previous two parts, expounds the construction of a perfect WebQuest network learning platform with teachers and students’ function modules.Chapter Four:Action research about the teaching of information technology in senior high school with WebQuest. This chapter, is mainly based on the WebQuest learning platform in fourth chapter, design two WebQuest network curriculum topics, apply them in the teaching of information technology in senior high school, and carry out the action research:explored in depth:(1)The advantage of WebQuest teaching mode in the teaching of information technology in senior high school;(2) If WebQuest teaching mode can promote students comprehensive ability development;(3)The WebQuest teaching mode brings new request to teacher;(4) WebQuest limitations in teaching, scope of application, application conditions and the problem that should be paied attention to in the teaching process.Chapter Five:The conclusion and reflection of information technology teaching in senior high school. In this part we summary the action research and draw the corresponding conclusions:on one hand,it has proved that WebQuest there are certain advantages in the information technology course teaching in senior high school,; on the other hand, we find that the WebQuest also has limitation, such as, it can not resolve all the problems of traditional teaching, it is not suitable for all the content of information technology in senior high school.If you want to effectively use the WebQuest, you must know its application conditions and the problem you should pay attention to in the teaching process of WebQuest teaching method. All of these will provide the corresponding theoretical guidance for the WebQuest teaching practice in the future.Chapter Six:Summary and prospect. In this chapter mainly summary the experience and harvest after this action research, and illustrates the insufficient with the present study.
