To promote urban and rural compulsory education,teachers’ professional attraction equalization development is an important content of realizing fair education ideal. In recent years, invested heavily in countries with the support of the Ningxia autonomous region, for the construction of a sufficient quantity, reasonable structure, noble morality, business skills, high-quality professional teachers vibrant and continuous efforts, has achieved outstanding results. But in terms of urban and rural development to compare, compulsory education teachers about their career satisfaction is still significant differentiation.That is about gender, teaching age, educational background, title teachers in salary welfare treatment, work environment, professional development opportunities, career value identity and so on. Internal differences and mutual gap between urban and rural areas led to the compulsory education teachers’ professional attraction is difficult to effectively strengthen and thorough, which seriously affect the educational fair development. Therefore, the study of this problem need to based on compulsory education teachers’ professional attraction equalization, theoretical analysis, practical investigation and adhere to the problem oriented, to establish scientific and effective implementation of the measures and guarantee mechanism.According to the understanding of the urban and rural compulsory education teachers’ occupation of the same attraction,The study focus on the area of teachers’ occupation attraction and equalization to urban and rural compulsory education teachers’ occupation of the same attraction. It expand connotation on the further analysis and put forward four dimensions, and make a comparison between city and the countryside, such as urban and rural compulsory education, teacher professional background, purpose and significance, definition, literature review and research contents and methods. Based on urban and rural areas with gender, teaching age, educational background, title teachers in salary welfare treatment,work environment, higher professional ability, professional identity of satisfaction, the result prove that:Ningxia compulsory education teachers’ professional development appeal in the medium level, and urban attraction is better than rural areas. Meanwhile, different conditions of teachers in different situation also shows the significant difference between the dimensions. According to the contribution of vocational education from social development between urban and rural areas, the relationship of function from teachers’ satisfaction, and combined with the attractive equalization theory analysis and the status, we find that denial career development between urban and rural areas in the process of professional construction, and teachers need to the differences of objectivity, appropriateness, and complementary to each other, is the root cause of the further differentiation to attraction.By analyzing the reasons for problems in the development of teachers’ occupation attraction. We can put forward safeguard measures to realize the equality of attractiveness of vocational teachers in urban and rural compulsory education.all around the four dimensions of analysis compulsory education teachers’ occupation of the same attraction, by analyzing the reasons for problems in the development of teachers’ occupation attraction. Mainly from the teachers of compulsory education,occupational attraction and equalization of the nature of the relationship to analysis.Put forward safeguard measures to realize the equality of attractiveness of vocational teachers in urban and rural compulsory education.
