In recent years,under the frequent exposure of all kinds of student infringement and injury incidents,the situation that the majority of teachers,especially those in rural compulsory education stage,dare not,do not want to or do not want to control students has become a hot educational issue concerned by the society and the masses.In the new era,the steps of the construction of the rule of law in education are gradually steady,and the general public has a deeper understanding of education.Although the problem of educational punishment is a small cut in the field of education,it is related to the school's overall implementation of the Party's education policy,the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education strategy,related to the construction of a good education ecology,related to the strategy of talent training.This study adopts the method of combining the theoretical research and investigation,the NJ county rural compulsory education school teachers as the research object,understand the rural compulsory education in the status quo of the punishment power of teachers,find existing problems,and an analysis of the causes problems,based on the reasons put forward rural compulsory education school teachers exercising punishment right ascension strategy,hope for rural compulsory education schools in the effective of the punishment power of teachers' help,landing as soon as possible to promote students comprehensive health development goals and education management between the virtuous cycle.This study includes three parts: introduction,text and conclusion,among which the text is composed of four chapters.The first chapter elaborates the relevant theories of teachers' power of punishment,defines the meaning and nature of teachers' power of punishment,puts forward the theoretical basis of teachers' power of punishment,analyzes the significance of teachers' power of punishment,and provides theoretical support for subsequent research.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of teachers' exercise of punishment power in rural compulsory education schools through questionnaire survey,including the overall analysis and the difference analysis of various dimensions.The third chapter,combining quantitative data and interview data,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of teachers' exercise of punishment power in rural compulsory education schools,and further summarizes the possible causes of the problems.The fourth chapter,based on the analysis of the current situation of the exercise of teachers' power of punishment in rural compulsory education schools,puts forward targeted strategies to optimize and improve teachers' power of punishment in rural compulsory education schools.
