Today’s society, sports management sports classroom teaching more and moreattention and research workers. Studies have shown that the behavior betweenteachers and students is an important factor affecting classroom teaching management.Therefore, the study of high school physical education teachers and classroomteaching management relations have practical significance. Educational practice, theinfluence of traditional ideas, some teachers Classroom management practices hasgone wrong. Classroom management blindly led classroom teaching sports emergingproblems. Based on the factors that influence classroom teaching management isanalyzed, and the development strategy of high school physical education classteaching management. In this study, the use of literature, surveys and other methodsof Qian’an three high schools (Qian’an City, the first high school, high school secondand third high school) 660 High School students were investigated to understand thecurrent Qian’an classroom management Situation City high school sports, analyze theproblems and suggest improvements and improvement strategy. Improved classroommanagement work for PE teachers, improve school quality and effectiveness ofclassroom teaching to provide some theoretical guidance. Research indicates:(1) Physical Education teachers in the classroom dealingwith a single approach to the question, the lack of flexibility for students to punishcriticism of punishing manner. Teachers in the concept of cognitive bias PEClassroom Management, the management of a lack of classroom theory. Only a smallpart of the teacher can be a good use of good management idea sports classroomteaching management; the relationship (2) high school sports classroom teachers and students is not enough rapport, teachers and students do not have good communication. A large part of the relationship between students and teachers in general, this is not harmonious relationship between teachers’ organizations mainly in sports management classroom unreasonable result; (3) high school sports classroom teachers to students is not enough attention; (4) teachers and students on the role reversal, students rarely get the opportunity to participate in sports classroom management. Student classroom management should become the trend of modern classroom management (5) high school sports classroom teachers lack rationality in the allocation of time management. Students in the classroom on the status and satisfaction of teachers managed to be further enhanced.Based on this proposed improvement and perfection of Qian’an City high school sports classroom management strategies:(1) implementing the new curriculum learning concept to guide classroom management, change management concepts PE class, democratization of classroom management; (2) high school sports teachers and classroom management role in changing policy. To establish a good relationship between teachers and students, for students to create a good classroom atmosphere; (3) strengthening the management of teachers, improve teacher management capabilities. Strengthen the cultivation of students’ life world view real strategy; (4) strengthen the perfect classroom management methods, a reasonable balance between the developments of students. Establish mechanisms student self-management class, student’s self-regulation of the self-regulatory capacity; (5) use a variety of learning styles to enhance classroom management.
