Since the eighties of the last century, along with the surging of the "Tide", China’s migrant workers, the community has been more and more attention. Compared with their parents, those born after80migrant workers, is the so-called "new generation of migrant workers" is becoming the mainstream from their homes, migrant groups, while they are facing the same with their parents’social integration the other hand, the uniqueness of themselves and the times, these new generation of migrant workers facing different social integration compared with its parents.How to face these new generation of migrant workers faced by social integration, and how to help these new generation of migrant workers to better integrate into the current social environment, living environment, work environment, which is today building a harmonious society must answer problem.Although education can not completely solve the problem faced by a variety of social integration in the generation of migrant workers, education to a certain extent to mitigate or resolve contradictions and problems of social integration, do their own share of responsibility. In other words, in the process of integration of this complex problem to solve a new generation of migrant workers social education is for: through education and training, can help the new generation of migrant workers to update on the survival, life, work, social concepts; through education and training, can further enhance the survival of these new generation of migrant workers in cities and work skills and work skills; through education and training can help these new generation of migrant workers to obtain must be overcome in the modern society and modern city life Preparation of the obstacles to information, transportation, technology, subsistence, and social services. In short, in the process to alleviate or solve the problems of social integration of the new generation of migrant workers include training, including General Education, accomplish a great deal.Based on the above background and reasons,mainland study is Education of the generation of migrant workers who was born residents of rural, workers into the city in the1980s after the account.This perspective, not only examines the current generation of migrant workers faced social integration and trying to solve the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers social integration for the purpose of also examined the status quo and problems of migrant workers the education and training, related education and training response on this basis.The main content of this study has three parts:study of the characteristics one is that the characteristic of new generation of migrant workers, social integration difficulties and causes. The main conclusions of this study are:the study found that first generation of migrant workers in their work and life of the current environment, the prevalence of political, economic, cultural, psychological, values and other aspects of social integration disorder; second the main factors that causes the above-mentioned obstacles for China-related system is imperfect, the new generation of migrant workers of their own lack of capital, as well as cultural differences between urban and rural gap.
