Class management is the foundation and main part of primary school management.Class management is done well,the school education will be developed smoothly. However,the way of Class management of primary school in minority regions,inclduding Lan’an primary school of Luding county in Ganzi Tibetan region is still traditional,backward,and paternalistic,police-style management is prominent,as depresses the development of the students’human nature, suppresses the students’cultivating the spirit of innovation,and the long-term effect of management causes the students to fear the class organization,feel sick of the management and the study,reducing the effect of education,affecting the development of basic education. Therefore, rural basic education in the minority region will be really developed, the students should be regarded as the subject of the class management and the student-based class management should be put into practice on the basis of the demands of quality education,the concrete characteristics of students in minority regions.In the management,the students should be paied enough attentio(?)given enough care,understanding,respect,the chance to develop,and the students’ initiative,activity,enthusiasm, creativity should be focused on to enable students to learn to study,learn to live, learn fitness,learn to be a person, learn the aesthetic,for students a good foundation for lifelong development. In this paper,based on the deep analysis of the theory,the practice of the student-based class management and a careful analysis of the current situation,problems and cause of the class management of Lan’an primary school in Ganzi Tibetan prefecture,a result will be got that class management of Lan’an primary school is still traditional,still in its infancy,so are many rural primary schools in minority regions.Thus, to make rural basic education in minority regions, similar to Lan’an primary school,gain a long-term development, based on the the theory and the practice of the student-based class management and the current condition of Lan’an primary school, the strategy and mechanism of the student-based class management should be established. First, the autonomous class management strategies should be established.On the base of the "student-based"concept, the aims of the class management and the class teachers’ guidance,by the help of the harmonious class culture, rational system of classes and developing evaluation system, class management mechanism will be established and run well. The second, some measures should be taken to guarantee the autonomous class management mechanism, some support and cooperation gained from the family, community and school is necessary. In particular, class teachers’ wholesouled dedication is most important.To this end, the class teachers’quality of student-based class management should be improved, the teachers’working conditions should be enhanced, a reasonable class teachers’evaluation system of management should be formed. Thus, the strategy of student-based class management,which is purposeful,operational and sustainable,can be formed, as will help to achieve the overall development goals of student-based class management,and effectively promote comprehensive development of quality education of rural primary school in minority regions.
