Since the educator Comenius proposed the class teaching system,the formal group in the class plays a key and dominant role,however,the non-formal group brings a lot of problem because of its own decentralization and concealment,especially to the class management and class teacher.In their daily activities and interpersonal interactions,they often form small groups of three or more consciously or unconsciously,based on personal interests,personality traits,feelings of good or bad,and they may also be called informal groups.However,because of the age-specific features of junior high school students,they have a thirst for "adult feeling" and "independence," strong self-esteem,and lack of knowledge and experience.The anti-class informal groups always disturb the classroom order,imped the progress of teachers' teaching,disseminate the disfavors speech to class solidarity.Based on the above situation,the author takes the informal junior high school class,anti-class informal group as the research object,and conducts research on the case of junior middle school in a local county in Jilin Province.The research process mainly integrates the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,and the results are supported by the "student interpersonal quiz" "the results of the Survey on Informal Classes of the Class" and "the Outline of Interviewing the Informal Classes of the Class".First,I define the origin of this research,the core concepts and analyses the existing domestic and foreign related literature data,and clarifies the theoretical basis,significance,research ideas and methods used.Second,I introduce the background of the sample school C middle school and the composition of the sample classes,anti-class informal groups,through summing up the three types of behaviors,to further analyze its common characteristics.Finally,through the in-depth studies and discussions on the current status,negative impact of anti-class informal groups in junior high schools and the analysis about the reasons,this paper proposes targeted solutions.
