Independent College Teachers Management Research

With the deepening of the higher education system reforms, the independent college running new mode and mechanism arises at this historic moment. Since its beginning of establishment in2003to today, the independent colleges, as the new things, constantly grow and get the more wide development space under its self groping and the powerful supports from our country. But its development all are stepping stones across the river, the independent college also appeared unsatisfactory points in its development process. Although the independent college bring up slogan that cultivate the versatile and practical talents, actually, most of the teachers’strengths and abilities fundamentally cannot satisfy this requirement and also won’t finish such teaching tasks, so we know that the construction of teacher team is especially important because only the first-class faculties can cultivate the first-class talents.This article mainly describes and researches from the following sections. Firstly, the question is introduced and researched, including the problems of how to appear the independent college and its social significance of production. Secondly, it knows the situations and problems existing the independent college teacher teams in detail and then it makes understandings, analysis these problems and finds what the reasons are. Finally, I proposes some suggestions and solutions to solve the problem, how to construct a perfect teacher team of independent college, according to some researches.
