| The new elementary curriculum of compulsory education stage has come to experimental in the nation,the curriculum reform of senior middle school stage is being implemented gradually..Micro teaching can effectively improve the physics normal students teaching ability, is the current physical teaching skill training course for the main training approach. Micro teaching is modern education and other multi-disciplinary and modern technology, has its own distinctive features.This paper discusses the micro teaching to enhance the reality and existing problems of physics teachers’ teaching skills, is proposed in this paper by using micro teaching and the improvement of physics teachers’ teaching skills development direction and prospects for the future. The author finds out that there are some problems in the following aspects:1. The teaching skills and teaching practice are not. 2. The students can not be used in the teaching practice.3. The teaching efficiency is low.4, the control ability is not good. To reflect the higher normal colleges and universities talent training reasons, the author thinks that lead to reasons for the above problems are as follows:1, normal colleges and universities of teaching skills training inadequate attention; 2, physics normal students education and training system is not perfect; 3, the current education experts on the physical Micro Teaching specific skills of not thoroughly. The author through a questionnaire survey of physics normal students to carry on quantitative analysis, and points out that the improved scheme:1, pay attention to study and application of Microteaching theory; 2, micro teaching process to scientific and standardized; 3, curriculum arrangement reasonable; 4, increase the investment on Microteaching; 5, strengthen physics normal students comprehensive ability in the classroom.In the end the development prospect of Microteaching in the part, the author thinks that microteaching should develop to the direction of refinement. |
