Education is the higher education development foundation and the safeguard, but the present stage of China’s higher education is increasingly highlighted the problem of shortage of funds. Therefore, the higher education of our country presents the trend of multi channel fund raising. Among them, the social donation as a nonprofit social activities, has begun to gradually become the higher education funds raising important source. How the scientific development of higher education of social donation to higher education in China, the development is very important. Current, our country higher education social donation is still in its infancy, pay attention to and strengthen the social donation to higher education theoretical research, armed with scientific theory to guide practice, mind, promote the work, is the Chinese Communist Party in the long-term revolution, construction and reform of the valuable experience, but also social donation to higher education vigorously development of the important premise and foundation protection.Any one can develop for a long time and maintain its advanced nature of the enterprise must rely on a set of scientific, systematic, comprehensive theory system for support. In the public donations in China’s higher education development in the process, with Marx theory as a guide to college financing practice theory base to have very important sense.
