With the globalization accelerating and China’s economic developing faster and faster,higher education social donation is also attracted more and more attention. Because our highereducation social donation’s level is later and lower than developed country, combined with thelacking traditional concept and importance. Our higher education social donation still has greatpotential for development and progress. Higher education social donation is one form ofdonation. It should include donors, recipients and other stakeholders, and then this will involveall stakeholders’ interests. This article analyzes the higher education social donation of ourcountry, based on the stakeholder perspective. In order to proceeding our higher educationsocial donation long-term development, this article analyzes from three levels: culturecultivation, stakeholders’ participation and donation mechanism.The purpose of this article is clear. It is based on the stakeholder perspective to promoteour higher education social donation. This article mainly adopts literature method, descriptionmethod and consulting comparison method. Apart from the preface, this article mainly includesfour parts.Among the four parts, the first part’s frame analysis is the innovation and difficulty inthis article..The first part is the basis of this article. Firstly, analysis the stakeholder theory, its usingand social donation in higher education; then, combined with the scholars’ different definitionsand classifications on the stakeholders, based on the closeness of all stakeholders and highereducation social donation, and then analysis the stakeholders’ frame diagram of highereducation social donation for follow-up study.The second part analyzes the relationship between all higher education social donationstakeholders and higher education social donation, based on the stakeholders’ frame diagramfrom the internal core stakeholders to the internal important stakeholders and from the externalmajor stakeholders to the external secondary stakeholders. And then this article concludes thathigher education social donation is one doing by all stakeholders and not one stakeholder’sgainful performance. Different stakeholders influence the development of higher educationsocial donation in different ways from the internal or the external.The third part is the description our higher education social donation. Firstly, analyze ourhigher education social donation’s present situation in two ways: achievements and problems;and then, analyze the possible negative impacts of the problems; finally, analyze the reasonsfrom the internal and the external.The fourth part is the focus of this article.It analyzes the ways to promote higher educationsocial donation from three aspects: culture cultivation, common stakeholders participation, and higher education social donation mechanism. Among these culture cultivation is the foundation,common stakeholders participation is one means and the donation mechanism is the guaranteefor developing higher education social donation.
