A Study On University Practice Teaching Quality Management System Based On ISO9000

With the popularization of higher education, university teaching quality hasbecome the focus of attention of the whole society, the establishment andimplementation of ISO quality management system is a scientific, effective andeconomical way which undoubtedly improves the quality of higher education and theteaching effectiveness, but also the university continued to Improvements, improvingeducation quality assurance. Today, practice education in higher education systemoccupies a very important position, with the increasing popularity of higher education,as the practice of students is very important. In order to achieve the personnel traininggoal and further improve the quality of teaching, how studies to reform the practiceteaching profession management, establishes the perfect practice teaching qualitymanagement system, has become one which of hot topics the educational circlesdevote to study now.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the practice teaching andmanagement in university, elaborated the significance of the practice quality ofteaching management introduces the ISO9000standards; had a deep research on thepractice teaching quality management system composition and the establishment byapplication of quality management theory and methods. Among them, this paperanalyzed the practice teaching and its quality management system of connotation,structure and constituent elements, so as to determine the experimental teachingquality management policy, objectives; analyzed the management duties andresources system of management of the practice teaching management and studied thepractice teaching management organization and allocation of resources; analyzed therealization process of the practice teaching quality goals. From this, we haveconstructed the practice teaching quality management system using the ISO9000standards system.Finally, this paper introduced the application of quality management system inthe practice teaching centre of art and design of Zhejiang University of Technology;introduced the organization management structure, the practice teaching processmanagement and quality supervision and the safeguard mechanism of the center.The practice teaching quality management system of this paper constructed hasrealistic significance for all institutions of higher learning’s practice teachingmanagement, utilized it we can enhance the practice teaching the management level,enhance the practice teaching the quality.
