President Hu Jintao put foward “To continuously improve the quality is thelifeline of higer education”,“take to a path of connotation development, useinternational advanced ideas and experience for referrence, improve the quality ofhiger-education comprehensively, provide great spiritual motivation and intellectualsupport to the modernization drive and promote coordinated economic and socialdevelopment”, on the celebration of the100th anniversary of Tsinghua University inApril, since the reform and opening-up policy was introduced, the Chinese privatecolleges have entered the stage of striving for survival and development on the basisof equality. It is with under high-levelled educational quality that the colleges canrealize their aims. The chief question for the current private colleges is how to buildup a scientific and comprehensive internal teaching quality control system in order torespond to this development trend and form core competitiveness.Studying the building up and evaluation of the teaching quality control system inWanjie Medical College, this thesis aims at introducing international advanced ideasof quality control (esp. ISO9001:2000), uses the more prior control, continuousimprovement and participation of all the staff in quality management for referrence,integrates the present situation and the development trend in the future of privatecolleges, refers to the teaching and evaluation programme of undergraduate course incommon colleges and universities, and then builds up the teaching quality controlsystem and evaluation system suitable for Wanjie Medical College, and explores themanagement model of private college to improve its standardalization and feasibility.By applying the literature research method, making referrence to thefoundamental theories and the eight cardinal principles of ISO9000, esp. PDCA Cycle,the author analizes and explores the adaptation and feasibility of ISO9000in themanagement and operation of private colleges. At the same time, making use ofseveral research methods such as positive analysis and graphic analysis, the authoranalize the college positioning, quality targets and principles, optimal allocation ofresources, the identification of different service links, evaluation indicators and plansand etc, and finally build up a reasonable and feasible teaching quality control systemand assessment system with continuous improvement in Wanjie Medical Colleges.The quality control system guarantees the improvement of teaching quality andthe training quality of talents in favor of the integration of current resources, improvesthe managerial benefit, and finally enhences the college quality. At the same time, thissystem helps to improve the standardization of private colleges, and lowers theoperation risks due to managerial problems in private colleges. This system can bewell referred to the peer colleges both in and out of the province.
