Our education mainly include primary education, secondary education and higher education. There is the chemistry course education and higher education is medium. Because of chemistry is material composition, structure, properties and the change rule of a science, which includes the molecular structure of the materials microstructure, molecular model, organic reaction mechanism, etc. These content abstract not easy understanding, require students to have certain space imagination. As a teacher, if just mere oral and blackboard writing, and simple molecular structure model, it is difficult to make the molecule spatial structure in the show natural intuitive understanding of students, students before this aspect content is very difficult. If there is no scientific teaching methods and means, class will inevitably become boring, causes the student to learn structure, then tired lose interest in study of chemistry. And the purpose of chemistry teaching is to respect and promote the development of the students’ individuality at the same time, stimulates the student to study the interest, help students chemical needed to obtain the future development of chemical knowledge, skills and methods, to improve the students’ ability of scientific inquiry; Guides the student to know of promoting social progress and chemical improvements in the quality of human life important influence, understand science, technology and social interaction, form scientific innovation potential. Therefore, exploring a variety of auxiliary in classroom teaching means and teaching resources to enhance the overall quality of students are particularly important.At present, the domestic applied in chemistry classroom teaching auxiliary software is mainly PowerPoint (abbreviation PPT), word and flash, abroad to make the three dimensional animation software is relatively more. If Maya Softimage, Renderman, Canoma, etc. They more or less have some technical flaws. This article through studies section and the software functions in one powerful auxiliary software-3ds Max, to try to solve the current domestic existing in the multimedia teaching, and hopes the weakness of the research to improve classroom teaching environment of a single primary.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. Analysis of the subject background, to the current domestic situation of classroom teaching in some areas to apply the teaching means in particular the multimedia auxiliary teaching literature analysis, pointed out their respective related fields, to establish the research core-3ds Max auxiliary teaching software.The second part is the theoretical study. Through analyzing the current situation and some domestic classroom education related educators the theoretical results, establish must use of multimedia teaching, and in the light of the theoretical basis of the current national class education showing some own understanding of it.The third part is the introduction of this study3ds Max. Teaching software Through the introduction of this new software for the powerful dynamic function, to make concrete application below its chemical molecular structure dynamic multimedia courseware to lay the foundation.The fourth part for this thesis main body. Detailed introduced how to use,3ds Max steps made some basic chemical software molecular structure, such as methane and ethane, act..... Introduced the software and highlighted other software do not make a structure function.The fifth part is practice.3ds Max made by using the multimedia dynamic courseware complete a practical lesson teaching,and through the analysis of students’ after-school evaluation of the software scientifically judge eventually teaching value.Hope this research to change the current teachers for more high quality teaching auxiliary means without suffering situation brought some essence help.
