The teacher-student relationship is a relationship of teachers and students in an interactive exchanges, this relationship has been in the past neglected to people’s attention is generally increased, reflects the relationship between teachers and students for educational and teaching activities an important role, and even physical and mental development of students and teachers also play a key role. With the implementation and further development of the new curriculum, more and more attention of the teacher-student relationship. Because it is widely recognized that the teacher-student relationship is good or bad, for the improvement of the quality of teaching, classroom teaching reform intrinsically linked. In the optimization of the teaching process, if the teacher-student relationship showing the understanding, trust, respect and equal status, it will definitely create a pleasant and harmonious educational atmosphere so as to enhance the quality of education and teaching. However, if the relationship between teachers and students to show the tension, conflict, hostility, inequality of "Gong" relationship, the student is unable to peace of mind to accept the knowledge that teaching activities can not be smoothly carried out. In order to do in-depth study of the secondary school teacher-student relationship, this paper uses a combination of theory and practice, documentary research, observation, case analysis, research methods, analysis of the problems and reasons of the current teacher-student relationship discord, and the cause of the problem to find a solution to the problem and to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students to provide a reference value.This thesis is mainly composed of parts. The first part of a harmonious teacher-student view of current research and research method, the use of literature review in the previous study on the basis of preliminary understanding on the construction of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The second part analyzes the problems and the reasons for the current teacher-student relationship. The third part introduces the influencing factors, as well as case studies to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Detailed analysis in this part of the reasons for building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students factors not only teachers, there are institutional, institutional reasons. And then cited the practical problems encountered in educational practice for analysis, the more valuable and practical significance, rather teachers in teaching first-line help and inspiration. And analyze the characteristics of common concern in life, reveal a profound significance. Followed by analysis of the principle of harmonious relationship between teachers and students should pay attention to, in principle and teacher, as well as students and parents regard. The fourth section details the idea of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and measures the specific performance as teachers should update their concepts, and enhance communication with students, enhance their professional competence and literacy, optimize the class and cultural environment; should be strengthened as parents care about their children, good home-school communication; as a student should be strict with themselves; the corresponding system for teachers and students to provide an atmosphere conducive to building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students as the schools should be improved. In many efforts to work together to help build a harmonious, the new teacher-student relationship.
