Art curriculum standard of the compulsory education emphasizes that we should face all students,pay attention to interest and promote harmonious relationship between teachers and students in art teaching.The teacher-student relation is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in the process of teaching.The harmony between teachers and students directly affects the realization of the goal of art curriculum.Establishing a harmonious teacher-student relation is essential for art teaching,and only by considering the differences of students and disciplines can we construct effective strategies.In terms of the first grade students who have just entered the primary school,their art knowledge,art skills,aesthetic ability and self-restraint ability are not strong,which especially challenges the art teaching and the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.At present,there are few researches on harmonious relationship between teachers and students in art teaching of grade one in primary school.This study investigates the first grade teachers and students in a Primary School of Xingtang,Shijiazhuang by questionnaire and interview,mainly from three dimensions:educational relationship,psychological relationship and social ethics relationship.The research shows the following existing problems of educational relationship: teachers and students' attitudes are not serious in the process of art teaching;teachers' guidance and students' correspondence are poor in art teaching;teacher-student interaction pays insufficient attention to aesthetic understanding;teachers lack guidance on art creation.The existing problems of psychological relationship are as follows: the psychological relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious enough;there is a certain psychological distance between teachers and students.The existing problems of social ethics relations are that the order and environment of classroom communication is poor;the quality of students in art class learning needs to be improved.The study found that the main factors influencing the educational relationship are that the status of art subjects has not received enough attention;the educational concept of art teachers needs to be updated;the professional level of art teachers affects the construction of aesthetic understanding ability;teachers and students lack of both communication and deepening of art creation.Main factors affects the psychological relationship are art teachers over emphasis on the dignity of and lack affinity.The analysis of the existing problems of social ethics relationship is mainly because of the lack of institutional design of art classroom communication between teachers and students,as well as the lack of integration of art classroom into aesthetic and moral education.Finally,the paper puts forward some strategies for optimizing the harmonious teacher-student relationship in the first grade art teaching.First,the strategy of constructing the harmonious educational relationship between teachers and students,which includes enhancing the status of art subject to increase the recognition of teachers and students,setting up a student-oriented teaching concept,paying attention to the inspiration of art,using effective methods to establish the aesthetic psychological structure of art,and increasing teacher-student exchanges to deepen the guidance of art creation.Second,the strategy of constructing harmonious psychological relationship between teachers and students,which includes establishing the equality between teachers and students to narrow the psychological distance,and enhancing the affinity of art teachers.Third,the strategy of building a harmonious social ethic relationship between teachers and students,which includes designing art classroom communication institutionally and actively integrating into aesthetic and moral education combined with the characteristics of art curriculum.
