With the economic and technological development, the society needsmore and more talents who have a sense of innovation and workers who arehigh-quality. All above have a higher demand of the quality and skills ofthe students of secondary vocational schools. Through the beautiful charisma of the teachers, it can guidethe students to form good study habits and professionalism; through thecomprehensive role of the society and families, schools and individuals,it can establish a comprehensive evaluation of social feedback andpersonal self-assessment system which is to test and implement the effectof Chinese education.
