With the economic and technological development, the society needsmore and more talents who have a sense of innovation and workers who arehigh-quality. With the enrollment of the University and the acceleratingtransformation of market economy, the job market is increasinglycompetitive. All above have a higher demand of the quality and skills ofthe students of secondary vocational schools. However, the students ofthe secondary vocational schools are generally poor in academicperformance and comprehensive quality. What’s more, the lack ofaesthetic judgment and the weak sense of innovation make it difficult forthem to adapt to the fierce market competition. In this case, the studentsof the secondary vocational schools must not only pay attention to thetraining of the aesthetic and moral quality of students, but alsostrengthen students’ skills training at the same time. Nowadays, whenadvocating for quality education and implementing the new curriculumreform, the Chinese education of secondary vocational schools should notonly play its role as an "instrument", but also highlight the"humanities" feature by the unification of the aesthetic and moraleducation in the process of the Chinese education. The aesthetic educationshould lead the students to be moral and good, and to cultivate thequalified workers who have elegant taste, good character and the perfectpersonality for the society. The process of the Chinese education shouldnot only enhance students’ aesthetic sense, imagination and creativityas an aesthetic goal, but also enhance students’ cultural tastes, civicawareness and professionalism to refine the goal of moral education for Chinese education. The aesthetic education should play a leading role notonly by building the platform of curricular and extracurricularactivities, but also with the guidance of the professional activities.It can arouse the imagination of students, stimulate their emotions,cultivate their temperament, and purify their hearts with impressivecharacters, beautiful language, and contagious teaching and learningenvironment. Through the beautiful charisma of the teachers, it can guidethe students to form good study habits and professionalism; through thecomprehensive role of the society and families, schools and individuals,it can establish a comprehensive evaluation of social feedback andpersonal self-assessment system which is to test and implement the effectof Chinese education. The writer believes that it should improve theeffectiveness of educating students in the Chinese education of secondaryvocational schools more effectively through the unification of theaesthetic and moral education in the process of the Chinese education,which is to cultivate more and more qualified workers with comprehensivedevelopments for the society.
