Based on the students’psychological factors of influencing their exploration as the starting point, analyzed and discussed the high school ideological and political "guide-found" of teaching method. The first section analyzes the impact of students’ exploration activities psychological factors, these factors are these:the psychological state of readiness-including cognitive readiness and emotional readiness, the motivation factors, and the ways of exploration. The second part discusses the established rules of teachers’ guidance activities, the purpose of teachers’ guide is to enable students discover the knowledge of the learning task, so teachers should consider the the students’ psychological factors, teachers design their own guidance under the students’ psychological factors. According to the cognitive state readiness and emotional readiness, teachers should remove students the knowledge barriers of the learning tasks. Students’ motivation play a power of subjectivity, and occupies a very important position in the inquiry process of the entire leaning new tasks, especially the "inquiry-found" motivation; teachers leading-in teaching situations that correspond with students learning way. leading-in teaching situations is to enable students understand the basic concepts of the new learning task in a specific familiar scenarios, and then explore and discover the knowledge in the learning task. The third part is the interaction of teacher guiding activities with the students exploring activities, it is a complete teaching process, it contains the first part of the psychological factors of affecting students’ inquiry and the second part of the teachers guiding activities to be followed, first it is preparation of leaning a new lesson, then it is leading-in, finalally it is exploring and discovering a new lesson tast knowledge. The process focuses on the interaction of the teachers’ guidance and students’ exploration, but that preparation and the learning-in is very necessary, because they are the conditions and basis of the interaction of teachers’ guide and students’ exploration. As long as Students have the preparation of the cognitive readiness and emotional ready status of learning a new lesson, and leaning motivation, any normal students can independently discover the knowledge of learning task under the teachers’ guidance...
