Education is a country's and a party's the greatest plan.The strength of a country is due to people who graduate from school.Compulsory education is not only the foundation of higher education but also the key to improving the quality of the nation.It is of great significance in the country's prosperity,national rejuvenation and people's happiness.However,due to the long-standing urban-rural dual social structure in China,the development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas has been seriously unbalanced and the imbalance of teachers' quality is particularly prominent.Promoting the integration of urban and rural compulsory education is an important measure to promote the unity of urban and rural society and a crucial way for the country to prosper Its focus is on improving the ability of rural teachers in order to improve the quality of rural teaching and narrow the gap between urban and rural education.In the era of"Internet+" promoting the professional development of teachers by using information technology has become the trend of the times.Teacher network training is one of the main ways.Network training has broken the boundaries of time and space,providing a convenient platform for discussing and learning and rich open educational resources for teachers in different schools,different regions and even different countries.Therefore,the use of teacher network training to promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in China is an inevitable direction of development.At present,the research literature on "integration of urban and rural compulsory education" and "teacher network training" is countless,but there are few studies combining them.Most of the existing research on teacher network training is designed based on urban schools,which lead to the differences between urban and rural teachers and schools have not been fully considered,resulting in poor outcomes of rural teachers and failure to achieve training purposes.This study takes the city of Xi'an as an example.Through field research,it is found that there are some main problems in the urban and rural teacher network training in the stage of compulsory education,such as the unimplemented relationship of cooperation,lack of understanding of core concepts,irregular training process,shortage of high-quality training resources,and poor usability of training platform.Combined with literature research and current teacher network training,under the comprehensive guidance of Adult Learning Theory,Professional Learning Communities Theory,Constructivism Learning Theory and Connectivism Learning Theory,this study finally established a mechanism of teacher network training in integration of urban and rural compulsory education with diverse departments,complementary personnel,high-quality resources,rich activities,and timely feedback,which mainly includes constraints,decision-making departments,participants,training resources,training process,and relationship of the five elements.In addition,this study selected a number of practical paths of teacher network training in integration of urban and rural compulsory education from the macro,meso,and micro level.At the macro level,the country should increase efforts to popularize relevant policies,so that every urban and rural teacher can be deeply aware of the importance and necessity of teacher network training in integration of urban and rural compulsory education.It also needs to formulate standard training norms to constrain and guarantee the effective development of training and led and organize the entire training as a leader.At the meso level,the government needs to be responsible for setting up a special platform for training.Urban and rural primary and secondary schools are mainly responsible for creating a positive and good cultural atmosphere and investigating the actual training needs of teachers.At the micro level,teachers need to establish correct ideology and cultivate internal motivations for participation in training.Furthermore,in order to ensure the sustainable development of training,it is also essential to collect and analyze training data.The teacher network training in integration of urban and rural compulsory education is an important foundation for promoting education equity in China.Its development and improvement needs the government,society,universities,primary and secondary schools to work and collaborate with each other.
