The conduct review, as an important part of educational evaluation system,becomes increasingly outstanding and people pay more attention to such problem.The conduct review is a appraisive and written, which comes into being in the activeinteraction between teachers and students. It is also a invisible communicationbetween teachers and students which can not only enhance the affection and trust, buthas a crucial role in education purpose to developing studentens in an all-around way.As the implement of the new curriculum reform, many teachers also find some newmethods to adapt to the teaching. Nevertheless, the function of conduct review inreality is not good for teachers may overstate students’ advantages and haveunrealistic expectations, and such conduct review will go to the one extreme from theother extreme.This paper will take basis of some research on conduct review that focus on thewritten form, function, reform and relationship between conduct review and teachersand students, and provide a new research thinking from the perspective of conductreview first. Secondly, the author will carry the field investigation. And take textanalysis on collecting data from different aspects, such as objects, content, form,function and influence on relationship between teachers and students and give someexamples to present real and solid conduct review. Finally, this paper will adopt thetheory of multiple intelligence, communicative action theory and intersubjectivitytheory and point out that teachers should establish intelligence view and evaluation todiscover actively students’ merits and pay more attention to the difference and theimbalance of individual development. Meanwhile, teachers should take morecommunication with students, observe the students’ inner worlds, realize the realcommunication between students and teachers and build democratic and equalrelationship between students and teachers.Thus, conduct review should play its role in practise. And the students’subjectivity should be valued, the Internet evaluation system combined teacher,student and parents should be established. And what’s more, teacher should adopt multiple assessment in order to make objective and real review according to differentcharacters the students have.
