The development of vocational education is the key factor to determine thequality of skilled people, the national competitiveness, China’s success to transformthe way of the economic development, as well as achievement of the sustainableeconomic development. School-enterprise cooperation is necessary to achieve thehigh quality of vocational education. In the process of promoting School-enterprisecooperation, many problems were encountered in China,one of the most importantreasons is that the management mechanisms do not meet with the requirements ofschool-enterprise cooperation and thus hindering the healthy development ofvocational education in China. By straighten out the school enterprise cooperationmechanism will enrich the theory of school-enterprise cooperation, and provide areliable guarantee for the smooth conduct of the school-enterprise cooperation.First, the article on the management mechanism of school-enterprise cooperationdefined school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms as three parts, which include theoperating mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, the dynamic mechanism of theschool-enterprise cooperation, certification and supervision of school-enterprisecooperation mechanism. Dynamic mechanisms include the driver of profit,administrative drive and drive of society. The study thereafter base on theclassification. At first, I discuss the management mechanism of school-enterprisecooperation from three developed countries, that is, Australia, Germany, the UnitedStates, in three aspects: the operating mechanism, the dynamic mechanism,certification and oversight mechanisms. It will grant us lots of experience which isvery useful.The management status of vocational education in China, management statuswhich related to school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China,China’s new exploration for the management of school-enterprise cooperation areintroduced and explored. Base on this discussion, I combined with foreign experience,proposed shortcomings in the management mechanism of China’s school-enterprisecooperation. Finally, base on the foreign experience and shortage of our country whichinvolve the management of school-enterprise cooperation. We propose six basicconcepts and principles to building a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Andon this basis, from three aspects: the operating mechanism, the dynamic mechanism,certification and supervision mechanism in the management mechanism of China’svocational education building, we provide relevant recommendations.
