Management of classroom teaching is the key work of the school management. Withdelicacy management of classroom teaching for maintaining the quality of life of theschool. As delicacy management of classroom teaching at this stage to the delicacymanagement of rural junior high school classroom teaching, it lacks support from thetheoretical to the practical strategies to the evaluation methods of system. Although myoriginal work in schools, Pingwang No.2middle school of Wu Jiang City in Jiangsuis rural junior high school, in a bold attempt to explore courses function, coursestructure, course content and course management, it has a great improvement. One ofthe most critical core part is a refinement of classroom teaching management practicesand explore.Recently Wujiang City promotes vigorously the activities of "effective teaching"symposium, and the introduction of "Wujiang first Session kindergarten—middleschool’s effective classroom theme study program’’. Combined with the backgroundof this region, and "effective classroom teaching based on Pingwang No.2middleschool around,. Delicacy management practice cases, the paper puts forward someof the measures from the analysis of the current problems in rural junior high schoolclassroom teaching delicacy management: giving full play to the appropriate use of the"Student Guidance Teachers and students "subject" together, introducing the enhanceclassroom teaching effective way to classroom observation efforts to Home-SchoolCo-operation to form an important driving force of the delicacy management ofclassroom teaching.
