China is a great agricultural country, farmers constitute the majority of population inchina. According to the ‘Statistical Communiqué of the People’s Republic of China on the2011National Economic and Social Development’,China’s total population is134,735in2011,Which the rural populaiton of65,656,accounting for48.7%of the populaiton. At thesame time, China is a great power nation of education.By the end of2010,the kindergarter,elementary and middle school have11.8million teachers,of which the town of6.96million,4.84million teachers in rural areas.Therefore,the rural education occupies a largeproportion in the educational system of our country,rural teachers undertake nearly70million rural populaiton of school-age children education problem.Education plan,teacher forthis.The key of rural basic education is to build a group of youth teachers, who are qualifiedin politics, fine in quality, excellent in profession, optimizing in structure, relativelysteady.Cueernt,our country rural teachers’main thought is healthy,active upwardtrend,theyconcernrd about national affairs,the state of current education reform,improve the quality ofoneself. However, we should pay more attention to the ideological state of rural basiceducation teachers.Compared with teachers in city,the ideological state of rural basiceducation teachers appeared a lot of problems,revealed many shortcomings.Nowadays,thecountry is committed to building a hamonious society,focused on solving ‘three agriculturalproblems’,it is necessary to pay more attention to the ideological state of rural basiceducation teachers,found the problem and find solutions to this problem.The comprehensiveuse of invrstigation, literature method and comparative analysis,based on the investigationabout the ideological status of rural elementary education teachers,so as to reveal the currentthe ideological problems and the reasons of the rural teachers,and tries to find a solution tothe practical method and measure in the theory and pactice, so as to promote the relevantdepartments to construct our actual situation of rural teachers’ team construction system andrelevant theory, to serve our country’s rural education, promoting rural economic growth andsocial development, for the construction of a country rich in human resources, accelerate theconstruction of new socialist countryside do what little one can to help.
