With the development of economic globalization, and the world’s deepening ties,cooperation and exchanges between countries are becoming more frequent. LearningEnglish not only to promote exchanges between countries, but also broaden our viewand understood the traditional knowledge of Western culture. Finally, masteringEnglish is very important to individuals in any occasions, for example, in theworkplace, social place and communicate with others. Therefore, many countrieshave set up with relevant training and courses in English and also China governmentput English education in a very important position. China has set up English coursefrom the third grade in the primary school. Junior school and high school hasregarded English course as a compulsory course. And English test is one of theentrance examination and also in taking examination for a graduate programme andall kinds of professional ranking test. Absolutely, learning English is so important, butthere was a weariness of middle school students who study in school ‘Englisheducation. This phenomenon has affected the development of basic education inChina.This paper finds that English weariness is a long accumulated time. Englishweariness can bring the adversely affect to long-term development of students andaffect the quality of school education which would also be decreased, but also bring anew round of knowledge poverty. A survey, select the "The search of studentsweariness conditions of Tong Du Middle school in Don Chuan area” for research,this study has been done among310students of Tong Du Middle school in DonChuan area. This research has done a preliminary sampling conditions about Englishweariness of middle school students and the method was refer to the use ofquestionnaires, observation, interviews, case studies and other methods detailedinvestigation. Then the author analyzes the impact and affecting factors of Englishweariness. And analyze the reasons for weariness and the summary of wearinessEnglish in rural middle school students. The conclusion is naturally come to thenecessity of English weariness. This study is about310students and which conclude the three-year junior high school students have been to the investigation and analysis.The data is classified and analyzed in statistical software SPPS16.0to research aboutweariness students’ English performance and causes.The results show that: First, the students of the degree of weariness in English isnot serious, the situation is rank to the medium-weariness; second, the differencesweariness is exist in different grade, weariness increased with grade level upwardtrend; the first Grade Level weariness is lightest, the highest degree of weariness is inthe third Grade; third, there is difference weariness between boy and girls, the maleare more seriously than the female in English weariness.The study found that student’s English weariness was caused by many factors.First, the reasons come from the aspect of students themselves, which mainly aboutthe students are lack of studying English on their own self-confidence, the low senseof achievement the poor will and neglect learning English and so on. Second, thefactor is come from external causes, including social aspect, school aspect, familyaspect and peer groups aspect. Social aspects are about the low employment rate ofuniversity graduates, reading useless, the deviation values. School aspect are focus onthe model of large teaching classes, examination-based evaluation method, theteaching materials is unreasonable and the last one is the students can not adapt theteachers’ methods very well. In the family aspect, the reasons have referred to theeconomic, parental attitudes and inappropriate educational methods and the negativeof peer groups.Finally, this study proposes the suggestions to easing the tiredness of students inlearning English. These measures hope to release the phenomenon of wearinessEnglish, which conclude one is to carry out cooperative learning groups, second isstratified by sex education and mitigation measures of teaching English. Solving theproblem of students’ weariness of learning English can not be in a short time. Thebest method is need of social, school, parents and students to work together.
