Ideological and political class is an important course in the middle school stage. Curriculumstandard.that made by the Ministry of Education elaborated the importance of this course, Ideological andpolitical class is an obligatory course, which is used to do not only the ideological and moral education, theBasic Principles of Marxism education, but also the common sense of the social science. This class is themain channel through which teachers can do the moral education. It is also an important symbol ofpromoting the socialist nature. Ideological and political class plays a crucial role in helping studentsestablish the correct political orientation and developing good moral traits and forming good behaviouralhabits, world outlook, outlook on life and values.However, with the continual intensification of theeducation system reform and the market economic system reform, the ideological and political class isignored and even in the danger of peripherization. So that the education work can not carry out smoothly.Many students become bored with ideological and political class.In fact, both the top students and the poor students are all disinterested in learning. But theperformances are different. Besides, the ideological and political class is always taught for entering a higherschool. The appearance and development of weariness of this class will influence students’ grades directlyand even do harm to their mind and bodies. In order to provide the basis of overcoming and correcting thisweariness of ideological and political class and developing the mental health and personality of students,this article analysed the relationships between school, family, society and students. And the author, basingon the reality, offered a set of correcting measures for dealing with the weariness of ideological andpolitical class for the middle school students. The first part of this article put forward the meaning of ideological and political class weariness,which happened in the middle schools. And it also pointed the typical manifestation of this weariness in thecurrent situation.In the second part, according to the personal experiences and problems, combining investigationwith analysis, theory with reality, and from four aspects, the author analysed the reasons why students aretired of ideological and political class. Firstly, students are lack of the correct understanding about learningthis class. They are not interested in it and feel under the great pressure. As a result, they are unconfident inlearning this class. Second, the overemphasis on the outcome and the neglect on the process are the reasons,too. Teachers pay much more attention to the examination, while they ignore the ability training of thestudents. The model and the content of teaching which are adopted by teachers can not meet the needs ofstudents. What’s more, some teachers have the poor attitude towards students. Teachers always distinguishstudents according to their grades instead of treating them with no discrimination. The tense relationship isnot benefit for ideological and political class learning. Third, some parents are influenced by the traditionalviews, so they are ambitious for their children. These parents always use the improper manner to educatetheir children. Besides, there are some students who grow up in the special family circumstance can notstudy well either. At last, the evil social influence is another important reason which would misguide theyouth and make them feel boring about learning. Such as the Internet bar, entertainment places and so on.In the third part, the author proposed some measures and solutions which are used to deal withthe above-mentioned problems. First, students should strengthen their own targets and goals of ideologicaland political class learning. On the basis of the correct learning attitude, students should cultivate theirlearning interest and adjust their mood at the same time. Then they can deal with the learning pressure welland become confident. Second, teachers should transform their concept and promote the education for all-round development. They should take the students as the main part in education and launch flexible andvarious teaching activities, so that to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Third,parents should abandon the traditional ideas about education. They can adjust their expectation according tothe children’s actual condition. Parents can also use the proper ways to guide their children in learning. Asa result, students can enjoy their learning happily. Fourth, purifying the social circumstance, standardizingthe management mode of the Internet bars and other ertertainment places in order to make a good socialcircumstance for students.
