Inquiry learning from the middle of the nineteenth Century proposed so far, hasbeen closely concerned by scholars all over the world. Since the new century, with a newround of basic education reform in China continues to advance, the inquiry learning hasbeen the Ministry of education in the school curriculum plan, become one of the mostimportant ways of learning Chinese senior high school students. However, since theinquiry learning forward10years, because of the influence of the local economy, culture,history, education environment and background, development is not extremely balanced,especially for the remoteness of the mountains of Northern Shaanxi region is moreprominent. Therefore, analysis of Northern Shaanxi area high school physics inquirylearning research status, find the problems in study and research strategies of high schoolphysics inquiry, become an important topic in the area of education and teaching. In thisstudy, through questionnaires and interviews for physics teachers in8schools and seniorhigh school students in the area, SPSS statistical analysis software to handle the data,problems in the area of high school physics inquiry learning activities in schools,teachers, students, parents, evaluation system and so on, for a more comprehensiveanalysis, detailed and influencing factors, and put forward the correspondingimprovement strategy. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1. Physics teachers in Inquiry Learning Guide: teachers to explore the overall levelof teaching ability relatively high, but the evaluation of teaching theory and learningability differences. Secondly, explore the inquiry Learning habits female teachers isbetter than male teachers, the county school teachers are better than the urban middleschool teachers on inquiry Learning habits. Thirdly, there is significant difference in the teaching of inquiry teaching of physics teachers, especially for the inquiry learningattitude and inquiry Learning habits.2. Northern Shaanxi area high school student physics research general situation oflearning. Analysis of the general characteristics of students’ inquiry learning, found thestudents to explore the spirit and attitude is good, but not the strong research ability,especially girls. Secondly, the standardization of secondary school students only inconclusion ability is stronger than ordinary schools, and other aspects of the weak;inquiry learning is better than the county school district secondary school students, inaddition to explore motivation. Again, high school students inquiry learning with thegrade of abnormal phenomena: the third grade students inquiry learning in general is oneor two grade difference. In addition, explore various aspects of learning synchronousdevelopment, promote each other.3. In the area of physics inquiry learning overall showed a positive developmenttrend. Teachers’ knowledge and ability is not high, the ability of the students is poor, Thetwo is the influence of inquiry learning is important factor for effective implementation.Through the interview to further understand the pressure of college entrance examination,the lack of resources is the main factor of hindering high school physics inquiry learning.4. In view of the above factors, the author puts forward the followingcountermeasures: We must speed up the traditional knowledge learning achievementevaluation based perspective to reflect the modern academic evaluation ofcomprehensive development view;Secondly,set up curriculum research and developmentinstitutions, organization and coordination to promote the development of inquirylearning; Third, to carry out the teacher training, improve the teachers guide the studentsin inquiry learning ability; Fourth, the organization of school library, computer room,laboratory teachers assist the curriculum development and the mobilization of the parentsof the students actively participate in; Fifth, the administrative departments of education,through the implementation of a number of measures, the rational allocation of resources, reducethegapbetweentheschool,toensuretheeffectiveexpansionincludingtheinquirylearning,teachingactivities.
