In order to promote social stability and human physicaland mental health, people come up with a variety of methods to solve these problems.Among many ways, sport is increasingly being considered is the most applicable, themost healthy, the most economical and fashion. Around the world, fitness clubs,professional sports venues are high-speed a lot emergence, but when people in theluxury and beauty, fitness clubs and fashion professional sports stadiums consumerhealth, the body has suffered a serious threat from invisible sources of harm-benzene.Benzene is an important organic solvents and industrial raw materials, benzeneexposure can cause the whole blood cells, leukopenia, and even renewable obstacleanemia. In recent years, domestic and international studies have shown that benzenehas obvious immunotoxicity. Schisandra as a traditional Chinese herbal medicines,the application has a long history. The Schisandra contain lignans, volatile oils,polysaccharides, vitamins, triterpenoids, sesquiterpene and organic acids and otherchemical ingredients. The Schisandra able to strengthen and regulate the energymetabolism of myocardial cells and small arteries of the heart, improve myocardialnutrition and energy supply, improve immunity, anti-fatigue ability against cyclicamine due to the reduction of peripheral blood leukocytes and the prevention andtreatment of cancer.The paper simulates the human body in different concentrations of benzene forindoor sports, aerobics. The day after the end of the lastweek of training, were decapitated, were measured in the spleen and thymus weightsof rats in each group, white blood cells and its subsets of T lymphocyte subsets andimmunoglobulin content.Conclusions:1. Benzene pollution of the environment has a direct impact on the growth of rat bodyweight, severe pollution than the moderately polluted, the exercise group than in thequiet group; taking Schisandra preparations decreased the weight of the benzeneenvironment, rats role in mitigation.2Benzene for the environment will cause the immune organs and immune suppression, Schisandra can produce good of its negative effects.3. Immune function of benzene exposure in the exercise group than the quiet group,and benzene for more serious damage to the immune function of the exercise group.4. Benzene on the immune system, neutrophils, MO, the EO content in the mostsensitive, moderate pollution can cause significant damage. Schisandra is the mosteffective immune system, neutrophils, lymphocytes, splenic T cell subsets,immunoglobulin IgG content improve.
