Information technology education is an important part of modern education. It isalso the important way to realize the educational informatization. Nowadays, Chinainformation technology teachers are faced with the embarrassing situation with manyreasons, which is eroding their lives, and are hindering the Information technologyeducation in primary and secondary schools. The information technology teachers,who work in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, they are promotinginformation technology education process in rural primary and middle school, as aninformation technology teacher. So, it is very meaningful for elementary educationinformatization to research on rural information technology teacher living state, seekthe factors influencing it, and find the corresponding solution.Based on a lot of research, we integrate the definition of information technologyteacher living state into this research. From living environment, return to work, socialstatus and professional development perspective, we designed a questionnaire, whichis named “the information technology teachers living state questionnaire”. In addition,we combined with interviews to investigate the information technology teachersurvival state at present. According to the above research and analysis, by Macroattribution and Microscopic attribution, we analyzed on Influence factors of survivalof information technology teachers in rural primary and secondary school. And putforward some improvement way and method on information technology teachersurvival state in rural primary and secondary school.The paper is composed of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. It summaries the research background, themain research purposes on this research, the research theory significance and thepractical significance of the development of information technology teachers’ livingstate included. In addition, we hackle the research thought and logical structure andthe research method used in this research.The second chapter includes the contents of three respects: the current researchon information technology teachers’ living state, the concept definition related, andtheoretical basis. It is argument basis of the full paper. It plays a guiding role in the subsequent.The third chapter is the core part of this research. It revealed informationtechnology teachers’ living conditions nowadays, based on the investigation of theteachers in WuShan County of GanSu. Among them, the information technologyteachers’ professional development is the focus of the investigation.Based on last chapter, the fourth chapter summary the influencing factors ofinformation technology teachers’ living conditions by environment, emotion,consciousness of occupation, professional quality. It is one of the focus of thisresearch that plays a transitional most in the entire research.The fifth chapter is another research focus. According to the informationtechnology teacher current living state, together with influence factors, it put forwardto improve the current information technology teachers’ living state in some ways andmethods from the their occupation role orientation, occupation career planning,professional development, teacher training perspective, evaluation.The last is the summary and thinking. It discussed on the value of this researchand innovation, and also pointed out the shortage of the research, as well as thefollow-up study need to be improved.
