Good psychological quality is the important component part of the comprehensive quality of a person. Psychological Heath Education can raise the psychological quality of primary and secondary students. It is the important content of carrying out education for all-round development. On the13th, August,1998, the Ministry of Education promulgated the paper:Suggestions on Enforcing Psychological Heath Education of Primary and secondary Students. It indicated that we should fully be aware of the importance of enforcing psychological heath education of primary and secondary students. It meets the need of not only students’growing up but also society’s development. Nowadays, psychological health education has aroused attention from all aspects. It has become an inevitable issue that how to scientifically and effetely carry out the psychological heath education in primary school and secondary school.The students in secondary vocational schools are in a critical period of the physical and mental development.Because of many kinds of reasons,most of them are not very academic, their psychological problems are more remarkable and prominent than before. At present the psychological health condition of Chinese secondary vocational school students is not optimistic, but worrying..This article holds that Psychological Heath Education relies on the psychological theory and technique, combines with the daily education and teaching work, intends to foster (including self-fostering) good psychological quality of students, taps psychological potential in order to promote harmonious development of body and mind.This study is under the guidance of the teenager psychological health education theory, focus on the students’psychological behavior and the psychological health education of the secondary vocational schools.
