Adaptation is an important part of the students’ psychological quality,academic adaptability is one of the criteria for a student’s learning ability improving the middle school students’academic adaptability is the core content of quality education in our country. The high or low biological level will affect the students’academic adaptability, biological result of learning and learning ability. If academic maladjustment problems can’t be solved in time, it will have a negative impact on students’biology study. For high school freshman,they haven’t learned biology in the ninth grade,high school freshmen wlii face a new learning environment, learning style, and so on. And the shortage of the high school biology teaching cohesion in high school biology education from junior school, which will affect the freshmen’s academic adaptability. So in the primary and high cohesion of the freshman biology academic adaptability problem stands out.This paper used the Academic adaptability test (AAT) redacted by professor zhou jian cheng of East China Normal University to measure the freshmans’biology academic adaptability, and used a set of biology mid-term paper to test the new biological performance. The data mainly obtained The following analysis:1) analysis the overall level of the freshman academic adaptability;2)compare the biological academic adaptability level of both boys and girls;3)compare the different types of school freshmen’s academic adaptability;4) analysis of grades correlation with the level of academic adaptability of biology;5) based on layered subjects academic level, compare the biological academic adaptability level of eugenics and poor student.Research shows that:1)the freshman’s biology academic generally maladjustment, the status quo isn’t optimistic;2)girls’ academic technology, learning enthusiasm, psychosomatic health, reading and note-taking method is higher than boys;3) better school’s freshmen have a better learning method, can grasp good learning techniques, a better ability to adapt to the new school environment;4)freshman biology scores and academic adaptability have a significant positive correlation, namely, with the improvement of students’biology academic adaptability level, its biology grades will improve;5) to learn the adaptability of healthy birth level was significantly higher than that of poor student, learning eugenics in learning attitude,learning technology and learning environment adaptability are better than poor student.Based on the current situation for biology academic maladjustment of high schoolof the freshman and the characteristics of the high school biology teaching, this paper follow the learning method instruction, high school biology teaching and learning environment, psychosomatic health and adaptability of manual of aspects.etc.put forward five specific countermeasures pertinencly to improve the academic adaptability, as follows:1)pay attention to the guidance of learning methods promoting the transformation of students’bad adaption to better;2) To optimize the high school biology teaching, smoothly transition cohesion, to help students adapt to learning;3)To optimize the learning environment, construct a better learning and livelihood atmosphere;4)To make learning psychological counseling, promote the development of new psychosomatic health;5)To prepare a handbook of biology academic adaptability.
