The expansion of university’s enrollment lead to the increasing that college studentsenter to the labour market every year. At the same time, China has entered a new stage toaccelerate the adjustment of industrial structure. The contradiction between the socialtalents demand and talents supply have become increasingly and the problem of the collegestudents’ employment have become more serious. The phenomena of the GraduateEmployment has become the development of strategic issues related to the country’s corecompetitiveness, however, the root of Graduate Employment problem is not the growth ofstudents, but rather the students training quality can not meet the the upgrading anddevelopment of the economic and social transformation’s requirements. The governmentand society pay a great attention to How to solve this problem.Employability is the theoretical framework the decribed personnel characteristics,There is a intimate connection between employability and talents training in the targettransformation, university personnel training mode optimization and quality assessment ofhigher education. It provides an important theoretical basis for Europe and the UnitedStates and other developed countries promoting the university personnel training andindustry demand to dock. However, the study about employability is in Western-orientsdand Chinese scholars on this theory is still in the exploration and the initial stage,especially the lack of in line with the theory of Chinese national conditions needs of theemployability. Therefore, this article will focus gathered on the college students’employability, exploring its definition, construct and its impact on employment levels inorder to provide theoretical support and research tools for higher education institutions,government and employers to understanding, evaluating, and cultivating talents.In this paper, the literature analysis as defined in the connotation of the Students’employability, the exploratory analysis, the survey in-depth analysis of the structure andelements of the employability, trying to build a employability scale for Chinese students,using the survey data to analysis the scale reliability and validity, exploring employabilityof the impact on employment levels, the main conclusions include:1, College students employability is included professional competence, professionalability, professional support skills and personal qualities of the four sub-dimensionmulti-dimensional concept.2, Different college students has different employability. 3, There are differences between the different dimensions of the employability andemployment outcomes. The four dimensions of employability have the significant positiveeffect on the job satisfaction, there were significant positive correlation betweenprofessional ability, professional support skills and pay levels.
