This thesis mainly focuses on the research of integrating cooperative teaching withcomputer-aided teaching in math teaching in Handan No.31junior middle school, applyingthe methods of literary research, action research as well as survey. cooperative teaching andcomputer-aided teaching are both mature teaching mode, which is widely used in the juniormiddle school math teaching. This thesis, based on the teaching characteristics of cooperativeteaching and computer-aided teaching separately, combined with the reality of our juniormiddle school students, makes a quantitative and qualitative research of the premise,condition, structural mode and teaching effectiveness of the integration of both teachingmethods, hoping to make further progress in the quality and efficiency of the junior middleschool math teaching.The structure of this thesis is as follows:Chapter One With the introduce the background of this research, need of revolution inteaching, and present situation of our school teaching, elaborate how the issues came up andindicate the significance of the research and the status and methods of the research at homeand abroad.Chapter Two State the concept and theoretical basis of the cooperative teaching andcomputer-aided teaching and summarize the involved theories in cooperative teaching andcomputer-aided teaching separately.Chapter Three Analyze the situation and problems raised in math teaching in HandanNo.31middle school. From the point of view of the teachers and students, explore theadvantages and disadvantages of cooperative teaching and computer-aided teaching.Combined with practical teaching examples, analyze the two teaching methods, make newdemands on teachers in the new curriculum reform context and explain the imperative of theintegrate research of two pedagogical approaches. Make plans for the research.Chapter Four Describe the integrated use of cooperative teaching and computer-aidedteaching. Analyze the premise, conditions, structure and mode of the integrated use.From a qualitative and quantitative point of view, the thesis describes the effect ofintegrated use of the computer in cooperative teaching on math teaching, the problems and the solving strategies. Through questionnaires, teaching practice, teachers’ classroomperformance evaluation form, and the communication between students and teachers, acquirethe first-hand information. Learning through statistical induction, acknowledge the change ofstudents’ attitude and academic performance, and teachers’ perceptual rational understandingof the integrated teaching. List the problems existing in the research of integrated teachingand work out the strategies to solve the problems. At the end of the chapter lie our futureexpectation and the prospect of the integration research.
