Along with the economy development and city development in our country, more and more young farmers into the city to work, They left their children stay in the countryside, these children away from their parents, they have to life together with their grandparents or other relatives in the countryside, then in the vast rural areas, there was a special group-Rural Left-behind Children.The population of Rural Left-behind Children are scale and appear increasing trend, they are in a critical period of personality formation and development, the moral quality education for Rural left-behind children is directly related to the stability and development of the country, related to promote the quality of the rural population and the healthy growth of the next generation. But in the current educational system, Rural Left-behind Children due to the lack of parents and family love produced a series of problems, especially the moral quality problem. Moral quality problems about The Rural Left-behind Children are mainly performance in adverse psychological and adverse personality characteristics in their moral cognition, moral emotion, moral behavior etc. These problems are the main reason is moral quality education work of The Rural Left-behind Children is not in place, in a first embodiment of family moral quality education work deletion, The Rural Left-behind Children lose basic care and education because of guardian dislocation in family and emotional fault. The second is the school moral quality education work was ignored, school cannot play the main position effect in moral quality education about The Rural Left-behind Children.
