The unity of quality and quantity of anything, the quality of thingsdoes not exist, the number of things does not exist, the problem is the sizeof the level of quality and quantity.Quality of higher education level of high and low, a direct impact onsocial development of fast and slow. In recent years, with the economicand social development in Inner Mongolia, our region’s higher educationhas entered a stage of the "popular" to fulfill the dream of many youngstudents of the University. This is a good thing, but the realization of ourregion "Mass Higher Education" almost abrupt, there is no process, sothere are a shortage of educational resources, lingering traditional qualityconcept. These factors is the work of the Higher Education QualityAssurance in Inner Mongolia, a huge impediment.An area of higher education quality assurance mechanism is perfect,a direct impact on the development of social undertakings. Therefore, thisthesis research on higher education quality assurance mechanisms inInner Mongolia. The purpose is to improve the quality of highereducation in Inner Mongolia, personnel training, improve the utilizationof human resources, and enhance regional competitiveness, so as to makegreater contributions to the economic and social development in InnerMongolia.Paper the basic principles of Marxist philosophy, the use of thetheory with the actual method, historical method, statistical method,comparative law, literature, and survey research methods are studiedtheoretically. First of all, from several key aspects of Quality Status ofHigher Education in Inner Mongolia were discussed. Second, it analyzesthe impact of the higher education quality construction in Inner Mongolia. Finally, according to the status quo of insufficient factors, somecountermeasures and suggestions to improve the Inner Mongolia highereducation quality assurance mechanism. Specifically, this paper consistsof four parts: First, an introduction, including background andsignificance of research innovation, difficulty, Introduction to ResearchMethods, understanding and elaboration of related concepts, researchstatus, as well as Inner Mongolia, Higher Education QualityAssurancemechanism to establish the necessity and feasibility analysis.Second, the introduction of Inner Mongolia Quality Status of HigherEducation, including higher education, the development status of the"popular" College of present university disciplines set the status quo, Theangle from the overall correlation analysis of factors affecting the qualityof higher education in Inner Mongolia, including political factors,economic factors, cultural factors, education funding, teaching staff,students, tertiary education development orientation. Fourth, thecorresponding recommendations to improve higher education qualityassurance mechanisms in Inner Mongolia, including the basic principlesand specific measures of the government on the behavior of highereducation.
