The rise and comprehensive application of the four new paradigms such as historical view of civilization, historical view of modernization, historical view of globalization and historical view of socialization are the requirements of the present era. The cultivation of historical view in history teaching has been widely concerned by many countries of the world. Different versions of high school history textbooks in China are permeated with the cultivation of historical view, evaluation of historical figures, the grasp of historical laws and the use of historical data, which have all reflected the comprehensive application of four historical views. In recent years, partial provinces and cities which implemented the new curriculum reform have gradually exposed the examination of historical view in the college entrance examination, and test questions that use a new historical view to construe history from a new perspective frequently appeared in college entrance examination.However, restricted by stereotyped thinking formed in long-term teaching practice, most senior high school history teachers fail to actively attempt to apply "historical view" into their teaching. In view of this, this thesis aims at improving effectiveness of senior high school history teaching, analyzes its current problems on the basis of a scientific definition of effective senior high school history teaching, and discusses how to apply "cultural historical view","modernization historical view","global historical view" and "social historical view", four new historical paradigms, into senior high school history teaching.As a senior high school history teacher on the front, I have introduced rich teaching cases in this thesis such as "outline of economic history","framework of civilization history","analysis of Russian modernization in the historical view of modernization","economic globalization","China:from late19th century to early20th century", and" rise of western industrial civilization and its impact on China’s agricultural civilization". Linking theories with practice, I discuss strategies of using multiple historical views to improve senior high historical teaching effectiveness on three levels---"comprehensive historical view" for integration of teaching content, guidance of explaining historical issues, and guidance of revision for national college entrance examination.
