Occupational tiredness refers to workers give their emotions for a long and continuous time during their work, and conflict with others and lead to frustration. Finally it shows the emotional and behavioral aspects of the disorder phenomenon. The teachers’occupational tiredness is an extreme reaction because teachers can’t deal with the working pressure successfully. It is a tiredness condition where a teacher lead to affect, attitude and behavior because of a long period of pressure.Education is a national event, teachers dominate in the education process and play an important role in the national education. Teachers become more and more serious in the beautiful rings. Under the strenuous working condition, the teachers appear different degrees of occupational tiredness problem. As a teacher, he always faces all kinds of challenge. So it’s significant to relieve the teachers’occupational tiredness which can effectively guarantee the stability of teachers, promote the teachers’ physical and mental health, improve the working effectiveness, optimize the relationship between the students and teachers and promote the development of the students.Taking Daxi senior high school teachers in Wenling City as the example, using the questionnaire, interview method to investigate teachers occupational tiredness status, finding that there’re four types of typical phenomena:not willing to be teachers and being out of their careers, teachers’ refusal to undertake the work, teachers’ lackness of passion and hard to release the psychological barriers for lackness of passion. This article analyzes the cause of the occupational tiredness among Daxi Senior High School teachers:the poor salary, the low social status, lack of social respect the heavy working burden and pressure, and the difficulty in getting their achievement especially rural teachers.Based on the management practice of the Daxi Senior High School in Wenling, the four people-oriented strategies are put forward to ease the teachers’ occupational tiredness:improving the status of teachers, making the teacher occupation become a real glory one; safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teachers, reducing the teachers’ meaningless burdens, Guarantee the legimate interests of the teachers, lessen the unnecessary burdens, provide the improved conditions and the developing room...
