Since the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform in 2014,the original college entrance examination has been implemented in many places,and promotion to all parts of the country is also a general trend.The modern college entrance examination system puts forward higher requirements for high school students' career choice ability.But facing many universities and majors,the reality is that high school students not only feel confused and helpless when they choose to volunteer,but also feel overwhelmed when choosing exam subjects.What is all the more worrying is that it is difficult for high school teachers to give reasonable advice in this process.The elevated level of career planning of high school students is not high,and the lack of career planning education in high school is the main reason for this phenomenon.In fact,under the pressure of learning,performance and safety,career planning educational activities is rarely carried out in high school.The high school class teachers were forced to become the principal implementer of career planning education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the strategies of class teacher of high school to carry out career planning education.Through combing relevant literature and combining with educational practice,a questionnaire survey was made on the current status of career planning education for high school head teachers.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the current status of career planning education for high school class leaders is that high school class teachers are aware of the importance of career planning education for students,and career planning education awareness is strong;most high school class teachers are not clear about career planning education content,career planning education content is not perfect,and no system has been formed;when the high school class teacher conducts career planning education,the education method is single,mainly based on classroom teaching,lack of practical teaching method;the high school class teacher's career planning education activities are concentrated and single,focusing on subject penetration and special class meeting activities.There are few educational activities with the help of social forces,and there is a lack of testing of students 'professional interests;the effect of career planning education for high school class leaders has not met expectations.In order to make the career planning education of high school head teachers more targeted,a survey was also conducted on the status of career planning of high school students.The results of the survey show that the current status of high school students' career planning is not high.Many projects have low scores,and there are large differences between students of all grades and levels of study.Poor,non-student cadres have a low self-cognition level;high school students do not have enough knowledge about specific jobs,and students with poor family economics have significantly lower professional or professional recognition levels than family economics;the goal is too ideal,and “eyes are high,hands are low”;high school students will not make optimal adjustments to career or professional goals,and the level of non-student cadre implementation is significantly lower than that of student cadres.Based on the reflection on the current status of the career planning education of the high school class teacher and the current situation of the students' career planning,the educational strategy is discussed from the perspective of the high school class teacher.Strategies include: formulating a three-year career planning education plan for students,constructing a three-year career planning education content system for students;class teachers conducting theoretical studies on career planning,and carrying out special activities for career planning education;class teachers providing timely social development in daily class management carry out information on career changes,carry out student career planning and guidance activities,and allow more students to become class managers and encourage students to participate in social practice activities;high school class teachers infiltrate subject-related career information and use role-playing methods to penetrate careers in teaching Career planning education;high school class teacher and class teacher build a small team of class career planning education and implement a career planning instructor system in the class;call on society to increase support for career planning education in high school;home-school cooperation for career planning education.It is expected that through the implementation of these educational strategies for the class teachers,the ability of senior high school students to plan their careers will be improved.When faced with this extraordinary school life,the choice will be more scientific and reasonable.
