Skating Teaching has the conditions to carry out the teaching of General winter courses incolleges and universities in North of the Yangtze River, not only setting the basic knowledge,skills, basic skills, while training the adaptive skills, effective exercises will improve students’qualities. According to the information, actively participating in skating can improvecardiovascular function, and enhance the function of the internal organs and the nervoussystem. Skating is a winter sports in the open air. Regular exercise will increase the coldresistance abilities of the human body. Body temperature increased capacity, greatly inhibitingthe occurrence of influence and enhances physical fitness. Skating teaching is suitable forsports of the winter physical education courses in school.In recent years climate continued warming, ice in winter shorter and shorter. Skatingteaching has restrictions in the specific environment. The majority has not been on the ice.Basic knowledge generally is weak. Lead to students gap of skating foundation. Theintroduction of professional teachers and skating class less, most skating lessons areconducted by teachers of other sports guided. In the speed skating teaching method and in theteaching process on using inaccurate and outdated teaching methods, teaching content isreasonable enough, and other factors have impact on the speed skating course in universitiestoday. Skating teaching quality decreased significantly, teaching less-than-ideal. Openingskating schools decreased trend years by years. In order to improve the teaching effect of thenegative, as a professional skating graduating student, I feel like I have an obligation and alsohave a responsibility for the speed skating teaching in the future to make its own modestcontribution. So I tried to use "double records" method of teaching experiment. Explore thescience of effective teaching method in speed skating teaching. Constantly improve thequality of education. So improve the teaching effect of the current. Documents collected dataused for this experiment, through the visits of experts design framework and research papers,along with expert advice and their skating training experience designing questionnaires forsurveys. Get effective data using T-test and SPSS software for statistical analysis. After an iceage by teaching experiment study of teaching process, get the conclusion:A General College skating class using "double records" through the comparative teachingmethod and traditional teaching effect is very significant and viable. Fully reflects the conceptof direction of the main courses of students, while also taking into account the teachersteaching initiative.B "Double record" teaching method in the teaching of students varies, individualizedapproach to teaching, so as to more effectively promote the all-round development of students.It has more conducive to improve and overall capacity.C Application of "double record" teaching teachers guide students to make teaching of thestudents in the group to explore, encourage and help make teaching more lively andincreasing students ’ interest in learning.D Through the use of "double record" teaching method to improve the interaction andcommunication between teachers and students and promote each other’s emotions, making therelations between teachers and students more harmonious.E Through the use of "double record" method introduces a good competition; effectively reduce polarization in the process of teaching, by teachers guide students in grades at thesame time fostering competition and team spirit. Let students into classes in a collaborativeexperience collectively.
