There are many types of courses in senior school education,and the subject content is difficult,but number of class hours is very less.Facing the pressure of the college entrance examination,teachers of various disciplines are fighting against time to conduct sea tactics for their students.Many senior high school biology teachers think that it is a waste of time for students to go to the lab to do experiments,and without doing biological experiments,students can still get high scores in the college entrance examination.Therefore,experiment teaching of high school biology has been marginalized.However,biology is a natural subject,and the students’ learning and understanding of the natural discipline must be based on the experimental research,so as to effectively cultivate the core literacy of the subject.Information technology has the characteristics of high efficiency,dynamic,sharing and transformability of functions.The core function is to improve the efficiency and benefit of information technology and utilization.In this way,the subject of "practical research on the integration of information technology and experiment teaching of high school biology " has been determined.The paper mainly adopted four research methods: literature research method,investigation method,case study method and experimentation method.Through the practice of experimental teaching of typical case of the high school biology under the current information technology conditions,to study the good integration point of information technology and biological experiment teaching in high school,and to solve the problems of low level of application of information technology,poor implementation of experimental teaching and poor integration of information technology and experimental teaching.We should optimize the learning methods and teaching methods,and cultivate the students’ hands-on ability in the information technology environment and the core literacy of biology subject,and improve the teaching effect of the biology experiment teaching in high school,to provide a referential method for the reform and innovation of experiment teaching of senior high school biology,and for the effective integration of information technology and experiment teaching of other teachers.
