The changing role of secondary student teacher is an important area of research in the educational practicum. Educational practicum’s aim is to promote the role of students change to the teacher, from the pre-service teachers to vocational teachers. But during the process of practicum, so much factors, reduce the conersion speed of student teacher, lead to a gulf between normal and vocational teachers. The influence factors of student teacher’s changing role, include interns individual, external environment, such as the practice of the shorted time, the lack of the interaction, the lack of resources during the pratice and so on.Along with the rapid development of the computer and Internet, the e-learning gradually go into every part of the education, solve the remote communication and sharing of resources effectively. The tool of this thesis’s reseach is Moodle dynamic course management system, and the characteristics are free, open source, simple and easy etc. The question of research is to build Moodle distance learning and communication platform, promote the students teachers change to the real teacher, Moodle and educational practicum will be combined, solving the obstacles of the role transformation, exploring a new model of the teacher training practice.This thesis bases on the research contents, the significance, methods, analyses the influencing factors of conversion of student teacher’s role, combining with Moodle promote construct Design scheme.It includes seven major modules, respectively is education belief and behavior standard module, subject knowledge strengthen module, teacher auxiliary module, teachers’ mental skills conversion module, the teachers of interpersonal module, teachers’ self-reflections tracking evaluation module. Each module is classified and add resources. It is convienent to the student teacher. At last, the effect analysis of middle school teacher’s changing role in practice Moodle platform, through the questionnaire and natural statistics of the platform to collect and analyze effective data, and evaluate the application effect. And study the problems, make the reflection, looking to the future development of this field prospects and hope.Research shows that good design and good user in Moodle platform, is good to the student teacher to promote the role of conversion, improve the practical effect, to make up the process of reference resource shortage, exchange and communication of inconvenience in the educational practicum, the feeling of practice is not record and share in time. In the study, we also found that the platform are not insufficiency and mature, such as lack of belonging, lack of the whole system, etc. These problems still need to be in the future, continuous improvement.
