Teacher-student communication is the basic way to maintain the relationship between teacher and student in educational activities.To some extent,teacher-student communication determines the quality of teaching.So teacher-student communication is not only interpersonal communication,but also the emotional and educational communication.The well teacher-student communication of secondary vocational school has a positive meaning for students,teachers,schools and society.The well teacher-student communication is also beneficial to arouse students' enthusiasm,help students to develop their physical and mental health.It can promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.It can also promote the secondary vocational education to be harmonious and develop rapidly.However,the current teacher-student communication in most secondary vocational schools is not satisfactory.Teachers and students have low satisfaction during communication.The purpose of communication tends to be utilitarian.The content of communication is single.Communication between teachers and students tends to be monotonous and inequality.In recent years,many tragic reports about communication of secondary vocational school has been quoted frequently.It's easy to see that there are many serious problems happened in the process of teacher-student communication.If not solved in time,it will have a bad effect on secondary vocational education,or even threat the personal safety.The paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate,and set six secondary vocational schools of Anshan,Liaoning Province as sample for the survey.Through the investigation,find that there are many problems existing in the process of teacher-student communication.First,this paper has investigated and summarized the relevant scholarship and interprets the relevant definitions of teacher-student communication.Second,through the survey of six secondary vocational schools,present the reality problems of teacher-student communication.Teachers and students have low satisfaction during communication.The purpose of communication tends to be utilitarian.The contents of communication is single.Communication between teachers and students tends to monotonous and inequality.Third,analyze the causes of the problems of teacher-student communication of secondary vocational school.The causes lie in teachers,students,schools and society.Finally,put forward some useful suggestions to build a well teacher-student communication.
