Researeh On Problems And Countermeasures Of Multi-campus Uniersities Teaching Management In Inner Mongolia

While China’s rapid economic development also continued to deepen the reform and development of higher education in China, the University continued to expand on scale in the fierce competition of management mode exploration for its own development. The traditional sense of discipline of independent colleges can’t meet in the universities teaching ideas; the expansion of the scale of school campus is imperatively under the situation which has produced the new trend of the multi-campus universities. But as this new multi-campus, the universities in Inner Mongolia are still on the primary stage. In the minority areas of multi-campus benefits and brought challenges to the management of higher education. Teaching management in university management is in the key position, it directly influence on college teaching quality, therefore, all of our university of a scientific way of the teaching management of the boom. Compared with the independent colleges, the campus of the University of our Teaching Management is more complex-----the teaching quality monitoring scattered to; the management of teachers is more difficultly; the waste of resources and scattered school running cost is increasing; and the serious influence the formation of a unified campus culture, etc.From the long-term development of the University management point of view, on the analysis the campus of teaching management problem, determine strategies, in theory and practice should be discussed. The author analysis of the university campus in teaching management in the existing problems and causes, to determine the campus of the university of education management mode and reasonable feasible management strategy, so under the situation of higher education in the Inner Mongolia, harmonious campus teaching management, consolidate the results in recently years, the reform of higher education in our region is of great significance.
