The new curriculum standard has been clear about the Chinese is the unification of instrumental and humanity puts forward "should further improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment, so that the students have stronger language application ability and certain Chinese aesthetic ability, inquiry ability, form a good moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities, for lifelong learning and individualized development lay a foundation".The new course standard put forward this triggered a new round of teaching reform.Reading teaching high school Chinese teaching as the core part, is the key to the reform of Chinese teaching.This requires change the view of teaching and change the past reading teaching teachers cramming teaching, students passive absorption of conditions, and in the teaching process fully reflect the students’ subject position.Change the reading teaching high consumption and inefficient even invalid situation.The new curriculum reform has now through11years.Over the years, my education reform like a raging fire, schools of thought contend, let flowers bloom.Although made many good results, but there are still many problems and deficiencies. The author according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the domestic and foreign experts and scholars valuable teaching experience, combined with their own teaching practice, trying to explore the line and efficient reading teaching method, so as to cultivate the students’ reading ability.This paper is to explore the main content of three aspects:the first interpretation of the senior high school language reading teaching effectiveness of background and significance. Secondly and analyzes the high school to the present situation and reason of Chinese reading, illustrates the effectiveness of the high school Chinese reading teaching theory basis. At last, from the reasonable reading teaching goal setting, reading subject effective reading and guide effective teaching and to establish scientific, this paper advances some corresponding resolving tactics.
