Content: Humanistic care is the Basic dimensions of Marxist humanistic theory value pursuit ofChinese Marxism and basic value orientation of ideological and political education in college.Ideological and political education work of college students is not only one of key work of collegebut also a strategic project related to the future and destiny of the Communist party and state revivalof the Chinese nation ruling status of the Communist party and stability of the nation. Recently, inorder to fulfill the effectively and creativity of ideological and political education in college, collegesperfect and improve ideological and political education theory course. Besides, some colleges alsomake their efforts to boost college students’ ideological and political education practice exploration,and get some achievements. However, with the rapid development of market economy andinformatization ideological and political education of college is facing some challenges. At present,there are abundant research results of ideological and political education, but almost no result to therelation between public welfare organizations and ideological and political education in college. Theauthor has been practicing in a public welfare organization named Rights into Action for Youth withDisabilities (short for “RIA”).I found “RIA” objectively can provide a chance and platform ofideological and political education for college student volunteers, through the contact with collegevolunteers and observation of them. It can play a role in ideological and political education ofcollege, such as supplementary person and cooperator. While colleges could make it as a newchannel of ideological and political education practice. The college student volunteers can applytheir ideological and political education of learning theory and method to the voluntary service inpractice, through providing voluntary service for “RIA”. At the same time, the volunteers candeepen, strengthen and internalize its ideological and political education theory learned knowledgeconstantly in the service process. In fact they accept another form of ideological and politicaleducation——the volunteers accept ideological and political education in social practice activities.The article by "RIA” as a case study, college student volunteers to questionnaires, highlights thecommonweal social organizations "RIA" playing a role in ideological and political education of theobjective function. I explore role fulfilling, identifying role of “RIA” and character interactionbetween it and colleges with Role theory, and I put forward ideas about the method of public socialorganizations of ideological and political education to college student volunteers in the future inideological and political education theory and methodology as the theoretical basis. I hope to discusshow to make public welfare organizations and universities of effective cooperation to enhance theeffectiveness and innovation of the ideological and political education from a relatively novel angleto enrich ideological and political education and innovate its theoretical system, and try to give ourideological and political education especially relevant academic circles of the ideological andpolitical education college students research provides a theory of the new perspective. Meanwhile, Iwant to obtain some theoretical achievements of "RIA" ideological and political education of collegestudent volunteers through the empirical research. explore commonweal social organizations anduniversities in the ideological and political education, so as to improve the cooperation on theeffectiveness and innovation of the ideological and political education.
