Case Study On Operation And Management Of Yijia Public Welfare Development Center

At present,China’s public welfare got dramatic development.At the same time,there is still a big gap compared with developed countries.The theoretical research on public welfare in China is very scattered and lacks systematic and practical guiding significance.Therefore,this paper tries to make a systematic and comprehensive summary of the public welfare operation by combing and studying the "Operation Management of Yijia Public Welfare Development Center".Through the analysis of the case practice and research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for China’s "new public welfare".This paper adopts the literature research method and case analysis method.Based on the author’s eight years’ personal experience in the development of social entrepreneurship,practical summary and theoretical thinking,this paper makes a retrospective study on the growth process from birth to now,and puts forward feasible suggestions and theoretical viewpoints to promote the operation and management of public welfare undertakings in China.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of the topic selection,including the external environment and internal management problems,the significance of the topic selection,research methods and framework structure.The second part describes the current management situation from six aspects:organization introduction,organization operation,volunteer management,fund raising and financial publicity,project regularization and systematization,and publicity and promotion.The third part is the management experience gained from eight years of operation and management of public welfare: the online management of Yijia public welfare small program,volunteer evaluation and care system,the norms and requirements of public welfare projects,the requirements of fundraising operations and the shaping of a benign culture.The fourth part is the management enlightenment obtained through the eight-year public welfare operation: clear goals are derived from the mission,guidance for the members of the organization and the key points of public welfare goal management.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the paper.It also points out the exploration direction of "new public welfare" in the development of philanthropy in China.Finally,it looks forward to the further study of public welfare.
