The flow of teachers is a behavior that a person who has a teacher’s certificate, appointed by the school and engaged in school teaching and management work, is on the move from school to school by various forms. At present, in many regions, the government takes this flow into an important reform tool to the solution of balanced compulsory education. They hope that policy of the flow can balance the teacher resources, to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and to improve the teacher’s working performance. So in practice, Does the flow of teachers improve the teacher’s working performance? What effect does the flow of teachers have on the performance of teachers? How to carry on the reasonable flow of teachers to improve the performance of teachers? Undoubtedly, this is a practical significance subject for us to study.Taking advantage of Jiashan County the flow of teachers of the state education system reform project, synthesizing the study results at home and abroad, this study employs the methods and techniques of questionnaire, literature analysis. It also uses the self-editing measuring table for the flow of teachers and Miss Cai Yonghong’s measuring table for the working performance of teachers. We sample600middle-school teachers from8schools of Jiashan County for the investigation. Through the data statistics, the independent sample T test and variance analysis, we want to analyze the relativity between the flow of teachers and teachers’ working performance.The main conclusions of this study are:(1) Based on the preliminary interviews, we work out a table for the flow of teachers. This table contains2dimensions and14projects. It can better survey what we want to know.(2) Through the analysis of the flow of teachers, we find that there is a remarkable correlativity between the factors and the flow of teachers. These factors are:work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intention to leave, student evaluation, colleague evaluation, leader evaluation.(3) This study takes the measuring table for teacher’s working performance which is worked out by Beijing Normal University Miss Cai Yonghong. By the KMO and Bartlett’s test, we review its reliability and availability. As the results show, the table for teacher’s working performance is reliable and available. It is a credible measuring tool and can be used for the study of measurement.(4) Through the measuring, we find the level of teacher’s working performance in Jiashan County is taller. There is a remarkable correlativity between teacher’s occupation morality, job dedication, cooperation, teaching skill, teaching value, interaction and the teacher’s working performance. According to the correlation coefficient from big to small, the order is:the teacher’s occupation morality, job dedication, teaching skill, teacher-student interaction, teaching value and cooperation.(5) Through independent sample T test and variance analysis, the results show there is a significant correlation between the different demographic variables and teacher’s working performance. The demographic variables mainly refers to:sex, age, marriage, education, rank, teaching age.(6) Comparing the teacher’s working performance between the flowing teachers and non-flowing teachers, we find that working performance of the flowing teachers is higher than that of non-flowing teachers. This shows that reasonable How of teachers can promote their working performance.(7) Through the study on the600teachers of8Jiashan County schools, we have a general knowledge of the teacher flowing state and the effects between the flow of teachers and the working performance of teachers.In the end, according to the conclusion of the study and the flowing facts, we put forward6reasonable proposals. We hope these proposals can be provided references for making decisions.
