Special-post teachers play an important role in improving rural educational conditions. Though there are increasingly studies about them,yet the research related to their current situations of flow is scarcity. The thesis relies on empirical research methods to collect the reasons of the flow of Special-post teachers after service in primary school of Lanshan of Yongzhou via questionnaire-survey. Based on these,I did some relative analyses with SPSS.After analyzing the whole flow situations of Lanshan of Yongzhou,I found that the flow of Special-post teacher’s after service on the town had four features :the rate of the whole flow is low, the rate of leaving is increasing; teachers shifting are mainly native teachers, teachers leaving are mainly from other towns; the shifts are mainly the same-level rotating, leaving teachers turn to be civil servants or to study further.The production of special-post teachers’ s flow behavior after service, the formation of the flow characteristics is the result of comprehensive function by a variety of reasons. The thesis analyzed reasons in three aspects :the personal reasons,the school reasons and the governmental reasons. Among the personal reasons, there are four important reasons, which include the need to better development of their love and marriage;the need to their children’s better development; the requirement of their family to work near home; the motivation of temporary choice of the job. The school reasons are also significant to the flow of Special-post teachers. Life safeguard is the most primary school reason affecting the flow ofSpecial-post teachers after service. And some factors of teaching conditions and school management can also affect the flow the Special-post teachers after service. Based on the analysis of the government reasons, I found that the low salary,the low level of the post incentive bonuses and the less training opportunity have some impact on the flow of the Special-post teachers after service.According to the characteristics of the Special-post teachers’ flow after service, combining the results of the analysis,I think we should take efforts in two aspects :one is to increase the rotation on the same level and to give some guide to the high-level rotation;the other is to decrease the external loss and to keep the high level of staying. Specific measures are as follows: giving some policy supports to provide a good external environment; increasing the training opportunity to improve the internal skills; increasing the level of salary;improving the management and satisfying the personal need.Through the practice of the above comments and suggestions,it can have some reference significance to promote the rational flow of the Special-post teachers after service.
